Student Gazette Awards

Congratulations to the Schenectady students who won awards in the Daily Gazette's annual Student Gazette journalism competition.  Entries, submitted by hundreds of students in grades 3-12 from throughout the region, were judged by Daily Gazette staff members in categories and by grade levels 3-6, 7-9 and 10-12.  The special edition was published on May 26.  First, second and third place finishers were awarded prizes of $100, $50 and $25 respectively.
