Working papers  are processed in the Nurse’s Office.  The application can be picked up outside of the Main Office and then return the completed application to the basket in the Nurse’s Office.  You will be able to pick up your working card at dismissal time, two days after you drop it off.  Papers can be picked up anytime at the Schenectady High School main office counter.  Enter into the building through the Fine Arts of E Wing entrances only.  Please call Ms. Osborne at 370-8167 with any questions.
 
Instructions
You must fill out Part 1 of the application (Social Security number and parent signature required).  You are not required to fill in your Social Security number.

You must also have written proof of a physical from the school physical or your own physician, within the past year.  If the school nurse has information regarding your physical, you must get a copy of your physical report from her/him.
